Digitally-LAST bank 🤣🤣🤣

This Bank just know how to pee off their customers. Ive been using my app with no issues. Then some bright spark decided no lets see how we can stuff up this customer’s day by unilaterally resetting his banking, forcing him to relink his cards. Now I’m stuck because i can’t remember the 100s of security pins and passwords. Called the contact center - can’t offer remote service, well they basically can’t do anything- USELESS! i mean we are in the 21st century with AI and everything and this bank still want to force their customers into a branch. How stupid? Then they call themselves a digitally led bank? What a joke! 🤷🏽♂️🤣🤣😜
