Digital banking security

Dear Nedbank

I must say that im really dissappointed with your digital banking security. At this point im wondering if i shouldve just left some of my money at FNB where i felt it was better secured.

I mean why is "hidden" accounts showing under accounts when im attempting a transfer? I was told that Nedbank's definition of "hidden account" is when the account is "hidden" from the overview? Seriously??!! In this country of high crime?? what happens if God forbid some ******** accessed my account and attempted a transfer?? They are going to see all my money even that which is supposedly in "hidden accounts".

Something for you to learn from FNB technology and how they keep their clients money safe"a hidden account at fnb means the account is completely off site until i click on show account".

I am currently feeling like my money is not safe at nedbank and that worries me a lot and id hope that you do something about this because id hate to move my other money to fnb just for security while i bank with nedbank.
