Difficult to contact Nedlife Insurance group

I have been trying to get in touch with Nedgroup life for long term insurance on ***. There is no option for this. When I do select a random option from 1 to 6 and ask the consultant to put me through the relevant department, they make me hold on forever not to mention they aren't even clued up about which department even deals with Nedlife Insurance. How do I get assistance with this? It is extremely frustrating having to deal with this.
