Devastating Bank

I went to Nedbank Mall of Africa and the service was disappointing. I've noticed that customer's are separated. There's customers who get attended ASAP. Don't even get offered tickets. I wonder what's special about them or do they have 6 heads? Honestly, I would never recommend Nedbank to anyone. I've been waiting to be serviced for 30 minutes.
