Destruction of lives

I have been paying my Nedbank/Amex credit card consistantly with what i can afford. Nedbank calls to institute legal action.... What is that for? Non-payment? What about the thousands of people who do not even pay a cent towards their accounts, yet get away with it. Seems like in SA, one needs to do all the wrong things to get by. I am threated with having my possessions sold (this after i explained that i can only afford what i have been paying, and also, i dont have anything for them to sell)... So what do they want? Do i need to sell my soul? Or should i just stop paying all togther, that way they have a reason to institute legal action. If i had the money i would nt be owing them anything... What part do they not understand.

This situation also goes back to the debt review thing. The part they dont tell you, is that debt review makes eveything 10x worse than what it already is. So Nedbank, should thank Debt Therapy for not getting their monies paid up a long time ago.
