Destroyers of small businesses

I'm a small business in Orange farm mall (Eyethu), selling clothes at Fafley Botique. On the 8 /11/2015 they were renovating the Nedbank branch and somehow busted the pipes and damaged my furniture and stock in my shop and other surrounding stores. I reported this matter to the branch manager, they sent the evaluators to take pictures of the damage and was promised that Nedbank insurance would refund/fix the damages. I have been liaising with the branch manager for the past 4 months and still no response. She now literally hides and completely avoids me. I'm surprised that a company that is well known for supporting small businesses would want to destroy me. Trusting that someone will look into this and get back to me soonest.
