desperate for your help

Good day Peter. My name is laura,4 weeks back I wrote a report and till today I haven't heard from you. We having trouble getting our money from Nedbank. Few years back we formed a group society named Grand children United at CAMPUS SQUARE to help out should one member lose their family. INVESTMENT NO:9998. Everything was going very well until one of the signatories decided not to attend our monthly meetings any more,he was called several times and he kept on saying he will come but didn't,so as a society we decide to write an affidavit removing his name from the 3 signatories we had, right that affidavit was handed over to the bank and only two remains. 2 members lost their family members and the 2 signatories visited the bank withdrawing 10000 from our account because it was 5000 each and we didn't experience any problems or being asked where the 3rd signatory is because they receive a memo to receive him . So all was cool until there were some commotion amongst us ,we end up not attending nor contributing to this account. So we then agreed for the 2 signatories to go get our balance left in that account since the group is dead, fine they went there and they were told no they can't sign for the withdrawal without the 3rd person and they said to them unfortunately the person who assisted them with everything is no longer working for the company (I mean what the hell Peter, does it means our life's Sholden stop because the person who assisted is no longer with the company and we can't assist you), and yes they were not given that balance. BUT now my question is after 2 withdrawals which was signed by the 2 signatories why ask the 3rd signatory now because we want our money. There's totally no use to hold on to the account that's got no contribution coming in monthly. For feed back you can contact our chair lady Zelda. She asked me to write this report because she was battling to log on. So she asked me to since I am a member.
