Deposited money but no reference captured

Hello <br> <br> Firstly, i am very surprised and upset too, for getting charged for a deposit book <br> <br> No other banks charge for a deposit book...<br> <br> now we went to deposit some money in business account, there were 3 transactions, one cheque and 2 cash deposits<br> <br> it was processed by teller , but no reference name has been captured as mentioned on deposit book<br> <br> <br> how does one know where the funds has come from<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
