Deposit on atm

Went to nedbank atm on 17 august to deposit 2800. The atm took the cash and started counting went of line . Card was returned with no confirmation of deposit. Fone in they required info wich i provided. Until today nothing reflects on acount and i get pushed from Peter to Paul .
