Deposit not reflecting after a week!

I made a deposit at an ATM last week Wednesday. It was not reflecting immediately which it usually does so I gave it 2 business days as it says so on the slip. By Saturday, it still was not reflecting. I went into the branch where i made the deposit, the teller logged a query and said the money will be in my account by Tuesday evening. Well, it's Tuesday evening and still nothing. I phone the helpline number only to have the lady tell me that the query was cancelled as the money was supposedly reflecting. She did a check and said it was not, which i already knew!! Now i have a new reference number and nobody seems to be taking this seriously. I have debit orders coming off in 2 days and they are all going to bounce if this isn't recitfied in 24 hours. What's the chances?? I pay ridiculous bank charges every month and this is the service I get??? It's a joke. I will be switching banks next month. I have been a customer of Nedbank for 35 years. But i've had enough
