DEPOSIT MADE AT A NEDBANK ATM SOMEHOW DISAPPEARED

I made a deposit of R14 800 at a Nedbank atm in Lakeside Mall Benoni on the 27th of July 2022 around 20:20. I had an amount of R398 before the deposit. After depositing the money, the Atm gave me deposit slip that showed the money I deposited and a balance of R15 198 in my account. I went onto my Nedbank to check and the money was there, I even received an SMS showing the deposit and the account balance. This morning I logged into my app only to find that the money is not there. When I check my transactions on the app it doesn't say anything about the money being deposited or taken out of my account. I immediately called the toll free number and spoke to Mlungisi, he told me that the money will reflect in my account in the afternoon. Afternoon came and still there was nothing in my account, I decided to go to the branch at Festival mall to be assisted by some lady who didn't have a clue as to what is happening. She told me that my money is stuck at the Atm. How is money stuck at the Atm if it gave me a deposit slip showing the balance after the deposit, reflected on my app and also got an SMS showing the deposit made. I really feel let down by Nedbank. Who must we trust with our monies if money is going disappear from our accounts? I am really disappointed and I don't think I will continue using this bank going forward.
