Deplorable *****, card, and customer departments

Absolutely deplorable - the worst banking experience ever. No response from their ***** department, after two separate incidents where funds were successfully taken. They reversed the funds after harrassment but no investigation outcomes are shared. I waited 7 weeks ..yes ..7 weeks for a new bank card and now after the second ***** incident I have waited 9 days already for a new bank card, with zero contact from anyone! They just do not care about your money or their service. Unfriendly, short, and untrained staff who can hardly speak English.
