I got my Money App Pin blocked on my internet banking by one of the call center Agent advising me to use my profile number as a password and the pin as my money app pin obviously it blocked and I was required to visit a Nedbank branch for further assistance. I visited the Boksburg branch because it's close to my work, it's a tinny space but the service I got was amazing, I was assisted by a beautiful lady called Dephney she was kind and informative explained to everything and why my account got blocked, she was friendly and patient with me and saved me from the frustrations I came with. I left the bank feeling safe and happy I got to work and told my colleagues about the amazing service I got.
