Department communication

Credit cards due for renewal 9/21. Last week I receive an SMS advising 'a parcel' sent to Somerset West. No indication as to what the parcel is, and I no longer live in SW. The bank has had my correct address in Hillcrest KZN for 3 years, can they not connect the dots???
