*********** ***** department.

My accounts have been frozen since the 16th of November 2023 & the ***** department kept on saying they will assign an investigator to my case within 2 days.. I called back on the 20th of November again same story "an investigator will be assigned after 2 days, please send proof of payment so wecan escalate it" of which i did on the 22nd of November (Wednesday) it's been an entire week & no one can provide me with any sound explanation they keep on telling me that "only the investigator will be able to tell you what's happening" & YET THERE'S NO INVESTIGATOR ASSIGNED NOR CAN BE FOUND. my business is losing money as I can't transact nor access funds in my accounts to pay salaries & restock. I'm under a lot of stress & losing tons of money
