Denied Access to Banking App

I have reset my phone as my Selfie Camera broke. I have now been told that I can not have the Nedbank App on my phone as Nedbank's "advanced" technology only allows the app function if I have a selfie camera. It's not advanced enough to pick up the other 3 camera's on my phone. I use the app multiple times a day for my multiple accounts with Nedbank. It is hard to believe that your software designers have only provided one security option for your App. I feel it's a shame that I need to move all these accounts to an alternative bank just so that I can have the function of the App.
