Delivery of credit card

My credit card was delivered to a branch 30kms from my house without me being informed of what branch was selected, I spoke to a young lady last week Friday who said she will get the card sent to the Kuilsriver branch yesterday 29th August and still to date no one has called me to update me. I want the head of the credit card department manager to call me and deal with everyone.
