Delivery of a credit card.

I was approved for a credit card on the 24th of july 2019 and was informed that someone will call me within 48 hours but nedbank never kept that promise...am very dissappointed that until this day i havent recieved a call instead i called the call center more then 5 times and was told different kind of stories....why is nedbank been so poor in customer service...when will i receiver the kind? Why send a massage if you cant keep up with a promise...i was hoping the face to face deliver will be best but i was wrong...am highly dissapointed with the poor service.
