DELIBERATE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A DISGRACE

The worst damn pathetic so called bank in the world. The Nedbank phone app doesn't even allow you to add a recipient for a payment using their app. I tried several times, no luck. I simply cannot believe that their doors are still open. Their atm's is no where to be found and if you finally see one with 3D glasses it's not even working, always OUT OF SERVICE just like they are!!!! Their bankers don't even have the decency to call back their business clients. You people are milking the public who is paying your salaries. Your IT people should go back to school to learn to listen to the public and their needs before you do business and charge the clients these ridiculous banking costs, or am I being obtuse?
