Delayment in cancelling a loan

Good day Nedbank is unwilling to cancel a loan. I decided not to take this loan on the day of the application due to affordability issues. I keep receiving sms notification indicating the offer is awaiting. I spoke yesterday to Kabelo who indicated he/she will call me back to confirm cancellation, however she first needs to speak to her Supervisor. No call back has been provided to date.
