Delayment an *********** Service

Good day Nedbank MFC Division is deliberately delaying in debiting my account for the month of May 2024,whereas I have a fixed Debit order that is suppose to go off on the 1st of each month. None of the Consultants can provide me with a reason as to why they are not debiting the account.
