delayed reactions

in 2018 September my husband and i were buying a house and unfortunately we were victims of cyber crime whereby we ended up losing an amount or R181.423.00 , we transferred money into a ********** account without knowing and when we went to the banks involved for help they took time in resolving the issue which lead to the money been sued by the ********* and we were not called to let us know the progress of our complaint we were ones who had to call in to find out what was happening. the money was transferred to a nedbank account and we went to our bank fnb to have the money reversed but we didnt get any help all you guys did was to open up case that ended in us losing our money, we suffered alot of pain and stress due to this issue and we never got any help
