Delay tactics on processing claims

On the 22 April I emailed to [Email Removed] all documentation required as advised by the call centre on ***. I then phoned to follow up on the 23 and 24 if all required documentation had been received just to be sure I had followed the correct process and I was told all the relevant documentation had been received and feedback will be given within 5 working days. On the 4 May I called after a week and spoke to Frank I was told that there were missing documentation that I had not sent of which when I advised him that I had sent all the required documentation he said he was able to see them but he does not know why the assessor could not see them and was going to resend the documentation and I would get feedback promptly. Again I called and spoke to Mpumi who still said notes indicated that I had not sent all documentation required as per assessor but she has sent them urgently that I can follow up with Dumisane who is the assigned assessor on ***. When I called the number today all consultants that I speak to do not know who this person is and I am being sent from pillar to post.
