Delay on credit card payment updates

I have a Nedbank credit card which I pay every month on the 27th. The payments I make do not reflect on the statement when it comes out on the 29th but only the following month. I did not think this was a problem as its supposed to show on the date I paid and not the date it reflects on Nedbanks account. I've noticed now that this has affected my credit scoring negatively yet I don't miss payments and pay more than the amount due. I need this to be fixed somehow
