Delay In Overdraft payment

On the 31st August I app**** for an increase on my overdraft facility, I was advised by the consultant that the application has been approved. He called me in on the 1st September 2015, to sign the contract. Im disturb as the money has not been loaded to my account, as I need to use the money on Thursday 3/09/15. If Nedbank was not going to grant me the increase, they should have advised me on the 31 August 2015, not to keep me waiting for the money to be paid, because I app**** for this facility as I need to use the money by 3/09/15.<br> <br> Kindly assist to speed up the process.
