Deidre Ceasar useless service

I've just dissapoint meant multip**** by a consultant. I've asked that she be changed 2yrs ago but Nedbank chose to ingine my request. Now I have charges for an account that has an expired card and I hardly iluse. They charge me for services and for every line of any transaction that comes through. I asked this useless Deidre Ceasar about these line charges and she's never bothered to respond. I called her in the last week of Nov to speak to her about closing this accounflt before I have charges and she told me she was busy and would cv all back, she never did. I ended up emailing her only for her to respond and tell me she'd email the dep to action the next day. She clearly couldn't find the forward button on that day. I've not heard anything since then. Now I have charges and have nedbank calling for me to pay fo
