<p> i requested a cancellations of an insurance on my personal loan on the 5th of May 2016 however the cancellations never took place for over 2 months. when it was eventually cancelled i then requested a refund for both May and June premiums billed. To my surprise they only refunded one month premium. Transaction dated 08/07/2016 refunded R344.80. I was surprised when a debit order transaction dated 29/07/2016 insurance premiums of R-345.94 was taken off my account. i then enquired about it i was then promised a refund and that was done on the 27/08/2016 refunded R345.94 and the funny thing is my second premium was never refunded. I then called in to enquire again they then refunded me and debited it again the very same day on the 31-08-2016. 31/08/2016 REFUND: R346.49 and 31/08/2016 NEDBPL R-346.49 monies went in and out. This is clearly a mind games</p>
