I would like to be anonymous. Be careful taking out a loan online. Needed a quote but the lady says Iha e to submit then she can give me the breakdown of quote. But actually it works like this. Once she submit the loan for review it's not for review it's a loan accepted . And u try to terminate the loan from the first day of the approval documents. Explain u can't afford the installment . U reply to the email and then phoned into one could help but no one could help me terminate. U as a client is doing the right things to terminate and no one reply to the emails . Send a complaint in . Manage explains they can retrieve the loan . Appologise and that's it. Don't esclalte the query. ***ond step. Bank ombudsman. The now with the judicator. Any help. Need guidance. The interest climb and your name is bad on the credit bureau and your get defaulted trying to terminate a loan from day one. It's now over a year and still struggling. Please help Don't ever take a online loan through NEDBANK.
