Deduction with communication

I'm disappointed with Nedbank nd this is for the second time with no respond and different cases. Apparently my personal loan account was in arrears and out of the blue the decided to deduct that money in my account without my concern. I called and spoke to Tintswalo Keetse she was so rude nd saying the can deduct any money to my account without communication because is within their rights. NEDBANK IS FULL OF NONSENSE
