Deduction of 2 installments

I have a home loan with Nedbank and they decided to deduct 2 installments this month without any consultation or contact with me. Most of my other debit orders bounced this morning because there is no money in the account. I have no money for transport for me and my kids, no groceries, I don't know how I will get through the month that has not even started. I know I skipped a month but just courtesy of a phone call to make arrangments. This is extremely hard for me.
