Deduction

I'm really frustrated with nedbank, I have asked for and early release on my 32 days notice on the 0-08-i spoke with Nosipho, and it was paid today on the 04-08-2022, I asked them to deduct R500 from next month, but the amount was deducted today. Called the bank spoke with kgamgelo MNGUNI who was very rude he said it was my fault I advised how was it my fault even though the consulted took me through the app.. To arrange for the recurring payment.... He then said the consulted should have told I should wait for today to pass... Advised him the consultant nosipho never did. Kgamgelo bluntly told me it was my fault, advised him does it make sense to him that I ask for an early release yesterday only today to be deducted. And when I ask for a supervisor I could not get them...and my problems is I'm in the rural areas theres no nedbank branch here also.
