Deducting without consent

Good day I have a loan with nedbank which I did years ago and I lost my job so due to unemployment I could not keep up with the payments, I contacted the call centre and informed them of my situation and told them that I would pay as soon as I find a job, now my problem is last month my mother deposited money into my account for safe keeping as my dad is undergoing an operation on the 4th october it was R3000 and R1800 was deducted by your legal department, i then contacted the call centre and i was told to contact nonhlanhla mnguni i was also given her contact number and i have been calling this number since last month it just rings no one is answering, i need that money back as it is not mine and i did not make arrangements for my account to be debited my dads operation is in two weeks time and we need that money urgently, i am being given the run around i have been calling the legal department as well and i keep being referred to this nonhlanhla that i can not get hold of, I need this solved as soon as possible. I nee someone to get back to me.
