Deducting without any prior arrangements.

I had a credit card with Nedbank (Student Dezign),and also a debit card with them. after sometime I failed to maintain the credit card due to financial difficulties. On August I received an sms notification from my debit card account reporting a transaction, immoderately visited a Mount Frere branch to esquire and was simple told its the new LAW, no prior arrangements nothing. Such a great ordeal of inconvenience a heads up would have really come in handy.
