Deducting Unauthorized Insurance Premium

Good Day<br> <br> I have a home loan with Nedbank, external insurance with Ooba. The policy details were forwarded to Nedbank in February, and their department acknowledged the external policy. <br> <br> The first bond payment I was not charged insurance, but then on the second installment I was? I have insurance. Nedbank is *****ing money for a product I do not use or need and have NOT authorized. <br> <br> I have sent various emails, have called their home loans line, only to be put on hold for 15 minutes, longer if I didn't eventually hang up.<br> <br> The level of assistance I have encountered is pathetic and unprofessional. Since they have my bond and debit order it seems their after sales service is non existent. <br> <br> Should I have no remedy soon, I will be contacting the ombudsman to file a complaint.<br> <br> Thank You
