DEDUCTING TWICE EVERY MONTH

My Sister's car is financed by Nedbank so now Nedbank is keep on deducting twice on her account every Month. She called the bank they Apologies but taking very long to reverse the money. Even this month they did the very same thing. Nedbank is very unproffetional. Please be on their case so that they will sort this
