deducting money with no right and effecting our cr

I have been monetising our bank aaccountfor nbe moraleoofmonths. Our ccontracts with nedbank stats first 4 atm withdraws are free with same bank nedbank. We did 3 one of another bank and u got billed with fee . Second we have debets going off we stop after paying and ccanceling and have a letter from nedbank Iit'sbeen cancelled but still got billed after no funds available then the audacity to get charged no fund available fee and amount reversedso reversal fees too . After a few months Iit's over 1000 we have payed in fees of disonerble and late fees and bank charges that all the things wear not suppose to have been drawn now we sitting with mind of changing banks nedbank quality is really going down to a ball of dirt in nice words
