Deducting Money Unneccesarly

Hi there ,<br> <br> I am venkat konduru , i opened bank account in Nedbank 4 months ago .I am holding account with highest price 169 which includes everything.<br> They are keep on deducting money from my account for no reason ,i never took statements but they deducted money and they deducted two times money for airtime but i never received airtime.<br> They are charging money with the name of over draft even i didn't do over draft.<br> I should get 100 Rands.<br> <br> Thanks
