Deducting ******* fees from pensioners

legally deducting fees for business banking that I never signed up for. i Went to Mall@reds twice ,but they refused to return my money or stop rhe deduction. I'm 83 years old and do not need business banking. Why would I sign up for that. Ive been with Nedbank for more than 50 years and find them to be totally incapable. How do you send a customer away without resolving the problem!!!.I demand repayment immediately.
