******* deducted

I Would like to report Nedbank and their ******* practice ,12 years ago i took out a personal loan and fell into a bad fiancial situation and then covid happen. in october 2024 i opened a nedbank account and two amounts were deducted off my new account without contacting me,. my approving deductions . i have been calling 3 weeks now and being out from person to person and i am not sure how can they deduct any amount they feel like . this is not right or is this legal.
