Deduct money without my permission

<p>I have an arrangement with Nedbank regarding a personal loan and pay it every month and sometimes more. Now they HAVE DEDUCTED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I went in to find out what is going on and the lady told me no matter what my arrangements are if they want to take money out of my account they can do it I must get used to the new south Africa. the money that was left in my account was for wages paid by my friend for his employees because he is not here. Now those poor people don't have any money for their holiday. </p>
