DECUCTING MONIES

Good day, I had a POS system at Nedbank, and cancelled the system. The system was picked up on 5 March 2021. They still deduct my monthly rental for the machine. (31 March). I phoned the centre and the lady said she would come back to me in 24 hours (which obviously she didn't). My reference number is ***7. Nobody is willing to help. My POS system was in Klerksdorp and I cancelled due to the UTMOST poor service.
