Declined Personal Loan with a clear affordable credit record

I have app**** for a personal loan on 27.12.2020. I have received a call on the 28.12.2020 from Nedbank that my policy I've uploaded is not compliant with what their standards require and ask me to go back to my application and accept their policy. I've resume my application, and increase the amount as well as accept their policy. I've received a message that my application is declined due to that I have too much "outstanding debt". I only have a Milady's account on which there is R1800 outstanding and which are up to date and my credit card at Nedbank which are paid up to date. I am not over indebited and can definetely afford the loan. I have resubmit the loan with the original amount I wanted to take out a loan on, but still it was declined. I'm speechless... My credit record is clear, I don't have any negative details on my credit report and I don't have any defaults etc. I only have to accounts which I already mentioned, and that's the only 2 accounts I have credit on. Surely Nedbank don't have the correct person's credit report while processing my application!!!!
