Declined for no reason

Thank you Nedbank for declining me a credit card for non known reason. This is the assistance I get for banking with you for years. Many times have I been frustrated by your service and this just confirmed that you don't care about clients. No problem, in the next year I will be changing my bank account. If I can re-apply with in 30days, then for what reason was I declined in the first place. that will change in 30 days??
