Declined Finance with no explanation

After never having an account with Nedbank I am shocked at the fact that finance has been declined for a motor vehicle with them.... Previously having been on debt review and settled all my accounts early 7 months ago, I seem to not be able to get finance even though my conduct on my accounts are good and my credit reports are up to date. According to the NCR it is not allowed to be held against you. Nedbank can not even give me a reason for declining my application..... as I said never had an account with them. Pathetic! Strategies are put in place to help people but the corporations just manipulate and do what they want in any case, who cares about the consumer ??
