Declined FICA 😡😡😡

I have been to Nedbank Mall of the South 5 times trying to renew my daughter's bank card. I didn't get the card because of FICA - I've been bringing the correct documents but still this FICA thing is not done. I'm very angry at this moment - VERY ANGRY. Nedbank must give me my money so that I can close this account with them.
