Declined Declined Declined.........Declined???

Eevning Declined status .. due to this and due to that.. ..wow . Especially when it comes to our bond and insurance it seems as if the custodian of the "enter" button to proceed are nowhere to be found or , simply just a myth .

I just had more than enough now of that word "decline/d" , this is just the stepping stone ...

We bought a house 2 years ago and as first time home buyers this was to be an overwhelming without a doubt the one of the best ventures to enter .... and it was ......for a few minutes as everything we dreamed about for this specific life bucket list was coming into play and the checked box was no more empty .

Of course we did some research here and there and tried our best to follow through accordingly but , unfortunately the darkness always lurks and is tricker ready especially when it comes to humanity. Signatures were made in awe and all smiles and hand shakes all around as well as " promises of the grid " . As we hope and pray that there are still hope and meaning to humanity and that we can confide a little with the trust of a handshake. A few months later we entered one of the thoughest winters to hit our borders in a good couple of years and we realized that there was a leak which @ the time did not seem to be life threatening and to be honest we just bought a house ; which means we have alot of other commitments we needed to conform too ie , the necessities and importantly finance matters to assist us in creating our dream home . At this time we honestly did not even remotely compensate of phoning the insurance to ask for assistance as we figured due to the time period the access amounts , etc , will be way to high and we did not have the budget for that specifically so we moved on and tweaked a few areas which seemed to hold a stance for a while and gues what the previous owner/seller never stepped up to complete the parts shooked in the famously and trustworthy "handshake" .

Than another storm hit Cape Town which was definitely one for the record books and the debris were clearly noted all around as well as social media of places that looked as if the foundation that could not move untill the clouds came down with our Lord and Saviour , if you are religious; but , was destroyed during the unforeseen weather situation . People were left in destitute and beak in the sand with no eggs to turn around income , trade or just to get by for the day. .

This is now a little bit over a year and approximately 6 months and after the storm the leak was definitely worse . So we finally decided to call the insurance unknown of how it works as it is our first time attempting to claim for "assistance " . 3rd party agents came out to assess the job and not even a day later we received an email stating that it was due to neglecting that the roofing looked the way it looked . "Guhm... I have been Blessed to be around for a great amount of moons and I can positively say I have seen peoples houses with ; verandas , garage roofing or simply just a normal carport that last for much more than 2 years without any issues due to correct installation.

If this was so much remotely close to the proper installation this would have not been an opstical at hand . In the same year we had to get another electrical company that had to rewire our db , main board as it was pulling electricity and the geyser could not be switched off regardless of the on / button switch on the board . So inbetween the iol amd daily life we excepted that we were done dirty and were not willimg to fight for the material things that out last us in most cases while we visit the earth. So we pray and move on , love and hate not as far as we can .

That said , should the bank not have send different assessors @ the time of purchase to ensure that all departments are in accordance with the standards ???? Before the transaction was completed in the first place . It was clear that we entered an imminent platform which we could not know or see as the flowers were blossoming at the time of turn over . The nexy thing the agent says . " Yous signed the paperwork " there is unfortunately "nothing" to be done from their side .

From the one thing to another . We found out that the drainage system has intermittent flowing issues due to the level or structure of how the system runs and that we are lucky because only after a year and a half the opstical occured . Wow !!!3 in one !! Very convenient waking up with a stench in the backyard and there is nothing oneself can do to fix it at that time. Four ... again we phoned the insurance to ask for their assistance to claim for a few of the pipes that burst in the yard coming from the house and separate dweling at the back . Once again 2 days later . Unfortunately your claim has been declined...... only after my wife phoned them to enquire . What are you paying for and why should we even be bothered to have insurance if it does not hand the necessary assistance when needed?

We were Blessed to be assisted with the great assistance of 1 or 2 consultants who assisted us very professionaly and swiftly with the geyser that we were also told to be a new geyser but , was already over the life spand but , why only 2 out of 10 consultants are willing to go the extra mile and assist the client to meet the exact needs or sometimes a little more if possible. ?? Cudos to those in the 2% category and for going the extra mile. Keep it up and it will be returned .The rest really do not care and it is okay because it is not "their obstical " to bridge over ..

Why were these things not set in place from the get go ? How many others out there fell in the same boat and are probably still head deep due to this . Our financial institutions should not just be there when we are approved. Where are the actual guidance , the resources to reach out too when in a certain predicament. ??

Last but not the least. We tried to get an extension on the bond after a year which ; was the basic steps to follow and we fill out all the necessary documents as well as between phone calls . Just be surprised again with . DECLINED!!! Fantastic . No you can not have this amount , no you do not qualify for this reason and that reason but , we have been paying on time and have been loyal even though other offers came in to change banks . Why? Hope and hope and hope with prayer. Things can change for the better and removing the hassle of moving around but , instead building a good record with you bank .

We just wanted a consolidation loan that covers my side of commitments as well as my wife's side so that we have only one direct payment and build from there. As we want to use only one bank account. Everybody makes mistakes of some sort and we are just living like most people out in the world but , we want to better and after covid the struggles are endless for billions of people and it is not made easier by the ones in power . Someone even said that the manager or person in charge will not aprove which proves that the "Enter button " has become a power surge / badge to reflect who is in charge and can be used solely under their discretion , mood or who it is regardless of of the clients situation and if it is a plausible cause.

We do not want all the monies to yous ourselfs . Our financial statuses are linked and easily accessible with the correct approval to see the necessary accounts that needs to be paid and even pay it for the client to keep the client from using the monies for other commitments. That is client / customer service to assist. Finding solutions to better our everyday lifestyles .

Now we are in this situation and it is sad that we have to suffer for not knowing the full trades and cons. Our kids have to suffer as well as time spend on fixing and work is taking the toll of the day. This shatters a home and leads to an unhealthy mind and body .

From here on forward should there be no positive assistance or outcome will we be left no choice to access the outer media and reach for the top of the herearchy to assist not just us but , all the others left stranded and those in preparation to enter similar journeys .

Emotionally and physically sad but , with enough reason to persue .
