Deceiving, ************* and slow as a snail

I have been deceived, being told and promised things which are not there for me to open an account, now I have been trying for about 3 months to close 2 Nedbank accounts, only with a promise that they will be closed tomorrow. I think they want to accumulate as much money as possible before they could close, if they will ever close these 2 accounts.
