Deceased payouts

If there was a negative I would give that to this bank. I’ve had the WORST experience with them. It has been exactly 4 months since the passing of my late dad and I have been sending them emails and no one gets back to me and now they are saying our house is under collection and they can’t share any information with us we need to call another department and the other department takes us to the other department it is just a rollercoaster 🚮 and I recently googled how I can find assistance on deceased pay out I found this number and when I called them they told me the deceased department changed their email(who did they inform 😏)if that’s the case why did they even give me the previous email address?? Honestly I dislike this bank and I will no longer bank with them. If anyone wants to take this bank I would not recommend it. It is TERRIBLE!!
