deceased parents unpaid bond

my name is nompumelelo nkosi from rustenburg i have a problem regarding the bond my parents has from nedbank. my mother passed on 2017 and my father this year in march, Fatima Mohammed from nedbank told me no action will be taken up until the process of my fathers estate is through.this morning i was called by nedbank lawyers telling me the bond is in arreas, what makes me angry is that since april ive been asking nedbank whats the way forward because my dad my paying insurance with the bond. i need help please help me because i can olly be able to pay R4000 and not R6000 the areas now are R30 000 yet i dont have that amount im the only child and yes i have inherited debt but is that my fault who can help me in this because these people wont replay to my emails
