Deceased Estate- POLICY NOT BE PAID OUT TO THE ESTATE.

My mother passed away and we found out that her policy was ceded to the bank. )n enquiery on this policy it was then found that the plolicy was cceded to Motor FInace Corporation. All we need was a leter to say that the policy was no longer ceded to the bank and all was done. No my dad still has hot received any work and no payment of the policy at all. What are we to do about this. found out that the policy was not for nedbank but indeed Mfc a division of Nedbank. Old mutual is still delaying on the payment
